摘要
针对带式输送机断带的实际 ,应用单片机设计了输送带动态抓捕系统 ,利用运动的双排交错线圈产生附加磁场 ,通过磁场探头动态检测磁场变化 ,由A D转换器输入单片机 ,进行断带判断处理与抓捕命令的输出 ,动态切断驱动滚筒电源 ,启动制动器、抓捕器 ,减少了断带带来的损失 。
According to the transverse failure principle of conveyor belt , this paper designs a dynamic protection system of transverse failure by one-chip-computer, brings about additive magnetic field by the double lines interlock coils, measures the changes of the magnetic field by the magnetic sensors, inputs it into the one-chip-computer through the A/D converter,then judge and deal with the magnetic signal and outputs the order to grasp. as the same time cut off the power of the driver cylinder and turn on the graspers, this design decreases the loss brought by transverse failure of belt and shorts the maintenance time.
