The paper discusses the situation and problems in the enterprises’ culture structure.The author suggestes that the importance and imminence of the enterprise's culture should be currently understood during the enterprise's culture was cultivated.At the same time,the enterprise's culture can improve the factory's productivity.At the end of the paper,the author gives some advice on improvement for the object,content,method,and tactic during the enterprise’s culture cultivation.
