摘要
目前,国际化发展已经成为世界零售业的一大趋势,国际化经营可以优化资源配置,提高国际竞争力,是零售企业实现规模经营的重要途径。加入WTO后,我国承诺2004年底要全面开放零售业。我国零售商业在国际化浪潮中面临着严峻的挑战。通过国内、外零售企业的对比分析,找出差距,并提出了相应的措施。
Nowadays Internationalization is becoming the main trend in the retail trade field of the world. Internationalization can optimize the using of resources and enhance the international competitive power. Transnational business becomes the important path of realizing scope economics. At the end of 2004,China will open the retail market. Our retailers are meeting rigorous challenge. In this article, the author analyses the gap between the domestic retailers and foreign ones and give some suggestions accordingly.
