赤栀黄合剂为主治疗深度黄疸重症肝炎的临床观察

Clinical Observations on Deep Icteric Severe Hepatitis Treated Mainly with Mixture PGR.

本文采用自拟中药赤栀黄合剂为主的中西医结合方法治疗血清胆红素10mg％以上的重症肝炎30例。结果近期临床治愈15例,好转5例,恶化2例,死亡8例,病死率26.66～33.33％。本复方经动物实验观察,有退黄利胆和对肝细胞损伤有修复作用。

This paper reports clinical observation on 30 cases with severe hepatitis (subacute necrotic hepatitis 3, subacute necrotic CAH 9, subacute necrotic posthepatitic cirrhosis 18) whose serum bili rubin were all ovee 10mg% treated mainly with Mixture PGB (Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Fructus Gardeniae, Rhizoma Rhei) conbined with supportive treatment of western medicines. The fatality rate of this group was 33.33%. The therapeutic effect of this roup was better than that treated with TCM-WM therapy without Mixture PGR reported by HZ Huang in 1984. It showed that Mixture PGR is stably effective, without side effects, simple and convenient. According to animal experiments performed by other Chinese researchers, its ingredients are beneficial in eliminating jaundice and repairing hepat ular damage.
