摘要
本文探讨了以球面铣刀为主的特异型刀具成形理论,分析了传统机械加工方法面临的工艺问题,提出了数控加工方案,并从设备结构、数控装置硬件及软件等方面进行了论述。
This paper,firstly,analyses the shortcomings of traditional machinery grinding burrs,low efficiency, high troublesome and difficulties to change the type of ground burrs,secondly,presents a schome based on numerical con- trol(NC)techniques,and lastly,designs a complete system involved in a machinery unit,a NC unit and hardware/soft- ware as well.
