摘要
对国内外在处理加工干涉领域里的研究作了一定的概括,并以国外最新的干涉处理思想作为研究基础,对复杂三维曲面中出现的典型干涉情况作了系统分析,并对每种情况处理给出了具体算法。最后对算法进行总结并对干涉处理的程序结构进行了介绍。
Presented in this paper is a kind of procedure that analyses and handles cutting interference in NC machin- ing of three—dimensional compound surface.At first,the interference which may emerge are analysed and classed.Either to free form surface or compound surface,on the basis of having calculated the cutter contact points data,judge the kind of interference in the way of mutual,then class the corresponding method to automatically check the cutter contact points and remove the points where the cutting interference will take place.
