锆基柱撑粘土材料对铅离子的吸附作用 被引量:7

摘要 以沉降法提纯的蒙脱石和累托石为基质粘土,以ZrOCl2·8H2O为锆源,用稀溶液法制备锫基柱撑蒙脱石和累托石材料。用该类材料作为吸附剂,对人工配制的含铅废水进行静态吸附处理试验,得出错基柱撑粘土材料对铅离子有较好的吸附作用,而且锆基柱撑蒙脱石比锆基柱撑累托石的吸附效果好。当废水pH为6.5、锆基柱撑蒙脱石材料的用量为12g/L时,Pb2+的吸附率达99.8%,吸附量达10 mg/g。 Zr - pillared montmorillonite and Zr - pillared rectorite are prepared by diluted solution method from precipitation-purified montmorillonite and rectorite used as clay and ZrOCl2·8H2O used as Zr source. Zr -pillared montmorillonite and rectorite were used as adsorbents in the treatment of simulated Pb2+ - containing wastewater. The experimental results show that Zr - pillared materials have a higher adsorbing capability on Pb2+ and the adsorbing capacity of Zr - pillared montmorillonite is higher than that of Zr - pillared rectorite. When the wastewater pH is 6.5 and the dosage of Zr - pillared montmorillonite is 12 g/L,the adsorption rate of Pb2+ is up to 99.8% ,the adsorbing capability is 10 mg/g.
