术前希罗达化疗对结直肠癌组织胸苷磷酸化酶表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究结直肠癌患者术前服用希罗达对癌组织中胸苷磷酸化酶 (TP)表达水平的影响。方法 将结直肠癌患者随机分为 2组 ,实验组术前用希罗达化疗 ,对照组术前未行放化疗 ,采用ELISA方法测定 2组患者癌组织中TP含量。结果  2组结直肠癌组织中TP表达均高 ,但实验组术前TP表达水平低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。 2组中有淋巴结转移者TP水平高于无转移者。结论 术前应用希罗达化疗能降低TP表达水平 ,抑制肿瘤的血管生成。 Objective It is to study the effect of preoperative chemotherapy of xeloda on the expression of thymidine phosphorylase (TP) in colorectal carcinoma tissue.Methods The patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group was treated with preoperative chemotherapy of xeloda and the control group was without preoperative chemotherapy. Then the contents of TP in the two groups were measured with ELISA method.Results The TP expression levels in colorectal carcinoma tissue were high in both groups. But the preoperative TP expression level in experiment group was lower than that in control group (P<0.005). And that in patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients without metastasis in both groups.Conclusion Preoperative chemotherapy of xeloda can decrease the TP expression level and then inhibit the angiogenesis of tumor.
