摘要
目的:建立广西瑶族藤茶中有效成分双氢杨梅树皮素(dihydromyricetin)的RP-HPLC定量分析方法。方法:采用Shimpack CLC(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸(55:45),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长292nm。结果:双氢杨梅树皮素在0.816-4.08μg范围内线性良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD<2.3%(n=9)。结论:本法快速,简便,重复性好,可作为藤茶的质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish a quantification of dihydromyricetin in ampelopsis grosseden tata by RP-HPLC. Methods: Chromatographic conditions included Shimpack CLC ODS column (150 mm×4.6mm,5μm) and a mixture of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid (55:45) as a mobile phase with the flow rate at 1. 0mL·min-1. Dihydromyricetin was detected at 292nm. Results: The linearity of dihydromyricetin was shown in the range of 0. 816~4. 08μg (r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 98.8% with RSD<2.3% (n =9).Conclusion:The simple and reliable method is applied to the quality control of dihydromyricetin.
