颈缘瓷在前牙烤瓷全冠修复中的美学效果

Esthetic Effect of Gingival Porcelain in Restoration of Anterior Teeth with PFM Crowns.

目的 评价颈缘瓷在前牙镍铬合金烤瓷全冠修复中的临床美学效果。方法 2 6 5例患者的 5 2 7颗牙用金刚砂车针进行常规牙体及颈部肩台制备 ,用Ivoclar低温瓷粉制作具有颈缘瓷的镍铬合金烤瓷全冠。临床试戴、抛光、粘结。结果 修复后随访 1～ 4年 ,与具有颈缘瓷的镍铬合金烤瓷全冠相接触的牙龈未见龈缘灰线 ,约 3%的患者有轻到中度龈炎。结论 鉴于对牙龈组织的保护和牙龈及牙体美学的考虑 ,笔者认为在制作镍铬合金烤瓷全冠时 。

Objective To evaluate the esthetic effect of anterior PFM (Ni-Cr Alloy) crowns with gingival porcelain. Methods 527 teeth of 265 patients were restored with PFM crowns with gingival porcelain. The gingival porcelain was made with Ivocar low-fusing porcelain powders. Results During one to four year follow-up, none of the 527 crowns with gingival porcelain was found with black lines on free gingivae by clinical inspection. 14 patients that is approximatively up to 3% of total patients appear mild to moderate gingivitis. Conclusion In author's opinion, the application of gingival porcelain to PFM crown (Ni-Cr Alloy) would be a very useful way to restore anterior teeth in consideration of its esthetic value and protection of gingiva.
