蚯蚓提取液对三角涡虫超常数眼发育的诱导

摘要 利用从蚯蚓中纯化的H Ⅲ组分,将其稀释为3个浓度梯度,分别放入已经切除头部的日本三角涡虫,观察其头部的再生情况.实验结果表明:蚯蚓提取液H Ⅲ组分对日本三角涡虫组织超常数眼的分化有显著的诱导作用;在一定的蚯蚓提取液H Ⅲ组分浓度范围内,高浓度的能诱导分化出2个超常数眼;高浓度的蚯蚓提取液H Ⅲ组分对正常眼完成再生的时间有一定的抑制作用. The effect of the H-III component from the earthworm extracts on the regeneration of the head in Dugesia japonica was studied. Dugesia japonica was cut off it's head and cultivated in the H-III containing medium. Results revealed that the H-III component exhibited marked inducing effects on the differentiation of the abnormal eyes in Dugesia japonica. The H-III component induced the formation of two more eyes in proper concentration, whereas (inhibited) the formation of normal eyes in high concentrations.
