摘要
针对某电厂HG 6 70 / 13.7YM 13型锅炉高温过热器、高温再热器存在的超温问题 ,分别采用设计参数和运行实测值对改造前后的高温过热器和高温再热器最高壁温进行了计算 ,并对改造效果进行了预测 。
Directing against the overtemperature problem existing on superheater and reheater of HG670/13.7YM13 type boiler in one power plant, the causes leading to overtemperature and areas easily suffered from overtemperature have been analysed, and the max. walltemperature of hightemperature superheater and hightemperature reheater before and after retrofitting being calculated by using designed parameters and measured values in operation respectively. The result of retrofitting has been predicted, having obtained some beneficial conclussions.
