励磁系统功角信号波动的分析和处理

摘要 针对沙角C电厂励磁系统所发生的功角信号波动的故障,通过分析功角卡输入、输出信号和对励磁调节器进行静态试验,寻找出解决故障的方法。故障处理的基本思路是:给监控系统输入故障通道的模拟信号,使监控系统认为自动通道无故障,则励磁调节系统运行于自动调节方式。该处理方法为临时性的应急方案,不适于机组长时间运行。 In view of the power-angle signal fluctuation in the excitation system of Shajiao C Power Plant, an analysis on the I/O signals of power-angle card is made and a static test on the excitation regulator conducted. A solution is presented, in which the analogue signals of the faulted channel are inputted to the supervisory control system to make it believe that the automatic channels are faultless, so that the excitation control system operates in automatic control mode. The solution, however, is an emergency plan and not suitable for long-time operation.
