摘要
北京某大厦地下室施工时,合理设置后浇带、膨胀加强带和施工缝,并采取相应防水施工技术措施,结构封顶前两个月内,后浇带两侧差异沉降小于3mm,满足浇筑后浇带混凝土的设计要求,有效控制混凝土开裂;同时确保地下室底板和外墙无渗漏,满足了防水要求。
In the construction of the basement of a building in Beijing, later-concreted zone, expansion reinforcement belt and construction joint are reasonably arranged and correspondent technical measures are taken for the construction of waterproof. The lateral settlement difference of the later-concreted zone is less than 3 mm with two months after the building structure's finishment. This controls concrete cracks effectively and meets the design requirement for the zone. Meanwhile, it ensures the basement foundation slab and the external wall free of leaking, satisfying waterproof requirement.
