运动员心理疲劳的定性探索 被引量：82

摘要 对 12位退役不久的优秀运动员进行了半结构化访谈 ,试图通过了解运动员眼中的心理疲劳来积累研究素材 ,在此基础上进一步界定心理疲劳的涵义和性质 ,并归纳有关的影响因素、表现及干预方法。研究中使用扎根理论对访谈资料进行了归纳分析 ,结果发现 ,区别于运动心理学领域所盛行的心理耗竭概念 ,心理疲劳是长期伴随运动员的、由多种因素决定的、渐进发展的可预测现象 ,它在不同阶段呈现不同特点。在此基础上进一步将心理疲劳区分为真性心理疲劳和假性心理疲劳 ,这一概念的区分有助于心理疲劳的早期诊断 ,对心理疲劳的预防和干预有实际意义。 retired elite athletes are interviewed according to semi-structure interview method.The purpose of investigation is to cumulate basic information on mental fatigue and explore meaning and nature of mental fatigue,induct influencing factors,expressions and controlling methods.The result shows that different from popular conceptualization of burnout in sports psychology and mental fatigue gradually develops and goes with athletes for long time and displays different characteristics in different stages.It is determined by many factors.Based on it,early diagnosis of mental fatigue is further classified.Therefore,it has practical meaning for preventing and intervention mental fatigue.
