摘要
设计研究了一种全新的工业炉砌体——微栅格砌体。根据传热原理,建立了微栅格砌体的传热数学模型,模型计算表明:这种新的砌体可以同时具有很好的绝热性能和耐高温性能。研究还表明,使用微栅格砌体可使炉体的砌筑过程得以简化,增加炉体的气密性,并可有效延长炉体寿命。
Two series of micro-grid bricks are designed for furnace construction. A mathematic model to describe the heat transfer process of the bricks is established. Numerical simulation results have shown that the new type of bricks can be of both refractory and heat insulation. By using micro-grid bricks, furnace construction would be much easier and the flue gas sealing performance of the furnace body is improved and the application duration is prolonged.
