摘要
简述了近期国内外微波能应用技术的发展动态,特别是在微波化学;微波等离子体材料改性及化学汽相沉积(MPCVD)制备新材料;微波高温烧结;微波低温干燥;微波橡胶硫化;微波废橡胶脱硫再生等新的交叉学科领域和新技术的发展趋势。同时,提出了开拓微波能应用技术在这些领域产业化发展的问题和良好的发展前景。
This paper reviewed the recent development of microwave power application technology both in China and the world. The focus particularly laid on the new inter-discipline fields of microwave chemistry; microwave plasma modification and chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) of new materials;microwave sintering;low temperature microwave drying;microwave rubber vulcanizing and wasted rubber de-vulcanizing. Also, some challenges and good prospects of microwave power industrial application are presented.
