摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃表面制得均匀透明的纳米TiO2薄膜.以8W紫外杀菌灯(主波长253.7nm)为光源,以次甲基蓝溶液为模型反应,研究了TiO2薄膜催化剂的光催化脱色性能.考察了聚乙二醇(PEG)添加量、膜层厚度、热处理温度、溶液酸度等因素对TiO2薄膜光催化活性的影响.结果表明,次甲基蓝溶液的光催化脱色服从一级动力学规律,测得脱色速率常数k为2.97×10-2min-1,半衰期t1/2为23.3min.
The evenly transparent TiO_2 thin film on glass substrate was prepared by sol-gel process. The (photocatalytic) decolorization of methylene blue (MB) in aqueous solution on TiO_2 thin film was studied by (using) 8W UV lamp (main wavelength at 253.7 nm). In order to optimize the photocatalytic decolorization (capability) of TiO_2 thin film, the effects of the parameters such as addition amount of polyethylene glycol ((PEG)), (film) thickness, calcinations temperature and pH in MB solution were also investigated. The results (showed) (that) the photocatalytic decolorization of MB can follow the first-order reaction model, and the rate (constant) k of 2.97×10^(-2) min^(-1) and the half-life t_(1/2) of 23.3 min were evaluated.
