文中分析了灵石县洪灾的成因,论述了近几年采取的主要防洪措施包括加强了城镇水保建设,加强了防洪工程措施和非工程措施的建设。通过采取这些措施,灵石县防洪状况明显改观,基本做到了“防患于未然”,在保障人民群众的生命财产安全上取得了进展。

In this paper,the authors analyze fo r mation causes of flood causes in Len gshi couty,describe the main adopted measu res of flood control in resent years,including water conse rvacy contruction in city and town,c on-struction of structural and nonstru ctural measures.By ad opting these measures,the existing flood control situation in Lengshi county ha s a obvious change,care taken in advence to avoid troubl e of flood is realized basically,the progress for ensuring security of people' s life and propety is obtained.
