血小板糖蛋白Ⅰbα上血管性血友病因子结合域的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 血小板糖蛋白 (GP)Ⅰb Ⅸ Ⅴ复合物与其配体、血管性血友病因子 (vWf)的结合是止血和血栓形成的始动环节。GPⅠb Ⅸ Ⅴ复合物的vWf结合域存在于GPⅠb的α亚单位的N端。至少有三个区域对vWf的结合有着重要的影响 :富含亮氨酸重复序列、阴离子化的酪氨酸硫酸化序列和由Cys2 0 9和Cys2 4 8形成的二硫键环。了解vWf结合域对血小板代用品和抗血栓药的研究有着重要的意义 ,本文综述了此方面的研究进展。
