摘要
尺寸转化是MPEG-4形状编码技术的关键步骤之一。该文在分析MPEG-4检验模型(VM)中形状编码算法的基础上,提出了一种改进的尺寸转化算法。试验结果表明这种算法减少了尺寸转化的次数,提高了编码速度,减少了运算量。
Size conversion is a pivotal step of MPEG-4 shape coding. This paper proposes a modifying size conversion algorithm for MPEG-4 shape coding base on the research of MPEG-4 video verification model. The simulation result shows that the algorithm is fast in coding speed and small in calculate quantity.
