摘要
通过分析螺旋线的形成机理、数学模型、实体造型方法和三维螺旋形体的形态,建立了用计算机进行三维螺旋形体造型的一种算法。该算法的理论基础是实体造型方法中的扫描变换思想和数学的极限思想。从应用实践来看,该算法具有很强的实用价值和良好的应 用前景。
The paper establishes a computer algorithm for solid modeling of 3D helical-body based on the analysis of form mechanism, mathematics model of helical curve, and based on solid modeling methods & shape of 3D helical-body. The algorithm theoretic foundation is sweep representation thought in solid modeling and limit thought in mathematics. Its application practice shows that algorithm has strong application value and nice foreground.
