一起电网事故的分析

电网中运行着的开关拒动以及保护的多重拒动或误动,都会引起电网的事故,甚至能迫使电网瓦解并造成大面积的停电事故。该文介绍的是仅仅由于一个开关拒动而引发的一起发生在宁夏固原地区的电网事故。文章详细介绍事故的发生经过,并通过事故后的调查、故障录波器提供的故障数据,对事故发生的原因进行分析,并提出应该吸取的教训和改进方法。对这次事故分析的目的是为提高电网运行的安全性与可靠性提供借鉴。

Breaker failure and multi-maloperation of protection will result in power system accident or even large area power blackout. This paper introduces a power system fault in Guyuan caused by breaker failure. With the after-fault investigation and fault data of recorder, this paper analyses the reasons and puts forward some solutions. It is helpful to the operation security and reliability.
