摘要
目的 探索改良弯曲菌卵黄培养基对空肠弯曲菌生长以及生物学性状的影响。方法 采用改良布氏无血琼脂培养基以及改良弯曲菌蛋黄培养基在相同条件下培养空肠弯曲菌 ,观察其生长状况及生物学性状。结果 改良弯曲菌卵黄培养基培养的空肠弯曲菌生长良好 ,性状典型。结论 改良弯曲菌卵黄培养基可用于空肠弯曲菌的大量繁殖 。
Objective to explore the growth and biological characteristic of campylobacter jejuni (CJ,CF-1)cultured in the improved medium containing yolk. Methods For measuring the bacteric growth and biochemical characteristic,Campylobacter jejuni is cultured in improved Bull's no blood agar and the improved medium containing yolk. Results Campylobacter jejuni grow better in Bruce's broth containing yolk agar,have typical characteristic. Conclusions CJ grew well in the improved medium containing yolk,it can be a sperfect medium in preparing vaccine of CJ.
