摘要 目的　初步探讨hnRNPA2 /B1单克隆抗体对肺癌临床诊断的价值 ,提高肺癌的检出率。方法　在痰脱落细胞中用hnRNPA2 /B1单克隆抗体细胞免疫组化法对肺癌的诊断。结果　hnRNPA2 /B1对肺癌总的敏感性为 4 2 .19% (4 0 / 95 ) ,特异性为93.94 % (88/ 94 ) ,其中以鳞癌的敏感性最高。结论　该检查方法无创、快速、经济、特异性高 ,不失为肺癌辅助诊断的一个可行方法。 Objective To evaluate the usefulness of the monoclonal antibody of hnRNP A2/B1 in diagnosis of lung cancer .Methods Using the monoclonal antibody of hnRNP A2/B1 to examinate the tumor cell in sputum.Results The rate of sensitivity and specificity of hnRNP A2/B1 were 42.19%(40/95) and 93.94%(88/94)respectively.Conclusion Our research confirms the value ,safety, and utility of hnRNP A2/B1 immunohistochemical in the sputum of lung cancer.
