摘要
目的 对比研究声门紧闭与开放状态下肺撞击伤的损伤特点。方法 以不同驱动压和压缩量撞击 10 8只新西兰大白兔右侧胸部 ,其中声门紧闭与开放组各 5 4只 ,造成闭合性胸部创伤。结果 不同撞击条件可引起不同程度的胸部创伤 ,声门紧闭状态下撞击致兔肺撞击伤的AIS分值显著高于声门开放状态下的AIS分值 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 肺撞击伤的发生特点 :伤情加重、死亡率增加、更早的发生创伤性急性肺损伤。在撞击条件相同情况下 ,声门紧闭状态下肺撞击伤伤情大于声门开放状态。
Objective To compare the characteristics of lung impact injury under the closure and open states of glottis. Methods One hundred eight rabbits were impacted in the right chest with various drive pressures and compress percentage resulting in closed thoracic trauma. Results Different impact conditions caused different degrees of thoracic trauma. AIS values of the closure group were significantly higher than that of the open group (P<0.05). Conclusion Severity of injury, increased mortality and earlier occurrence of traumatic acute lung injury were the characteristics of lung impact injury under glottis closure state.
