摘要 目的 研究人不同年龄睾丸组织和精液中肝再生增强因子 (ALR)的表达。方法 临床收集小儿、青年男性 ,有过生育的老年男性的睾丸以及正常精液 ,用S P法免疫组化检测睾丸组织中ALR的表达 ,用ELISA法检测精液ALR。结果 睾丸组织中hALR表达呈胞浆、胞膜型 ,hALR广泛分布于各级生精细胞、间质细胞和支持细胞 ,以精原细胞、初级精母细胞表达最强 ;小儿睾丸各种细胞均有表达且强 ,成人以间质细胞表达最强 ;不同年龄段间睾丸组织ALR的表达有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,小儿最强、成年次之、老年较弱。正常生育组精液的ALR检测结果呈阳性。结论 人不同年龄睾丸的hALR表达、作用可能不一样 ,睾丸ALR的表达与睾丸的发育以及精子生成可能相关。正常精液中存在ALR ,可能参与了生殖过程。 Objectives To study the expression of ALR in child, youth and old man testis, and to examine if hALR exists in semen. Methods Testis were collected respectively from child, youth with normal fertility and old man. The testis were fixed for 2d with Bouin`s liquor,stabilized by paraffin and sected. Expression and localization of ALR were examined by S-P immunohistochemistry. Semen collected from adult group was investgated ALR by ELISA.Results ALR commonly existed in Leydig cells,sperm cell and Sertoli cell of human testis, expressing in cytoplast and membrance of cell. The study indicated that ALR exist in all kinds of cells of child testis, strongest in spermatogonia and spermatocytes. But in adult testis the expression of ALR was strongest in Leydig cells. ALR expression of testis varied significantly in different ages,with strongest expression in child, weakest in old man (P<0.05) . ALR could be found in normal semen .Conclusions Expression and function of human ALR are different in testis of different age groups. Human testis ALR is correlated with the development of testis and spermatogenesis. ALR in semen may take part in the reproduction.
