This paper proposes the integrated evaluation criterion of PLD design tools so that user can select excellent EDA tools from different OEM to construct suitable design environment, shortening cycle and raising guality .The integrated evaluation criterion is established accoding as relevant criterions and individuality of PLD design tools and includes four different respect : quality evaluation standard, standardization extant, advantage and intelligentize , performance/cost ratio.
