摘要
选择介质阻挡放电等离子体表面改性为手段 ,研究了聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)经改性后与丙烯酸脂橡胶的粘合 .运用正交实验设计方法 ,探索了最优工艺条件 ,结果表明 :对等离子体处理 PTFE改性效果可保持较长时间 。
According to industrial demand, adhesion between PTFE and acrylic rubber was studied with the method of DBD discharge processing in this paper. The orthogonal experimental method was appled for acquiring the best technology condition . The results have shown that adhesive strength of samples using DBD discharge processing can keep for a longer time,and samples have better oil resistance.
