19世纪初,德国法学家创造的法律行为抽象概念名称Rechtsgesch ft,因其违背符号学基本原理而不科学,应更名为设权行为。
Rechtsgeschft, the name of the abstract concept of 'Legal Act',created by German scholars of law,should be changed into 'Act offt violates the principles of semiology.
