The reason for unsteady operation in crude benzene production in terms of the technology and equipment is analyzed and corresponding countermeasures suggested, i.e. through adopting new technology, and revamping and optimizing the existing process the crude benzene production becomes stable, thus remarkable economic benefits are achieved and the aim of energy conservation and efficiency improvement realized.
