珠海市突发不明原因多人精神异常、昏迷事件专题调查

Special Investigation on 2 Sudden Events of Many People Suffered from Unknown mental Disorder and Unconsciousness

目的探求发病原因,为临床治疗及预防提供参考。方法对发病人群进行流行病学调查,对可疑化学物、井水及病人血、尿进行采样检验,结合临床症状和调查结果确定检验项目。结果调查认为病人可能为有机锡中毒,且1号井井水是最可疑。1号井井水检出总锡1.057mg/L,高于周围井80～1000倍,且绝大部分为有机锡;病人尿锡高于正常对照75～144倍。结论有机锡污染1号井井水,引起食用者中毒。
