Cement production line design using anthracite as fuel

成都建筑材料工业设计研究院有限公司对无烟煤在预分解窑烧成系统的燃烧特性展开了系统的研究,开发了相应的技术和装备,并成功地应用于广东英德宝江2 500t/d水泥生产线工程。本文就其关键技术进行介绍。此项技术在我国无烟煤地区具有极高的推广价值,经济效果显著。

Systematic study on burning performances of anthracite in precalcining system has been done by CDI. Relative technique and squipments are also developed and used successfully in Guangdong Yingde Baojiang 2500 t/d cement production line. The author introduced in this paper the key techniques, to which high promotion value and obvious economical profits will be applied in areas abundant of anthracite.
