摘要
我厂的余热电站主要是回收预分解窑的废气余热,并转化成电能;其主机设备包括“五炉一机”,即AQC1炉、AQC2炉、SP1炉、SP2炉、CPC锅炉和汽轮发电机组。CPC锅炉能够燃烧各种劣质煤,是一种适用于水泥厂余热电站的性能较好的锅炉。但是,CPC锅炉在运行中发生有结焦故障,从锅炉的结构特点、燃料的特性和运行操作等方面分析认为,结焦的主要原因是人炉煤矸石的粒度不合格,大粒径的煤矸石比例较大。在制备煤矸石的破碎机后面增加一个振动筛,提高入炉煤矸石的合格率,调整运行参数,能够有效地避免CPC锅炉的结焦。
Cogeneration station in our plant is used for recovering waste heat out of kiln and transferring it into electric energy. The main equipment includes AQCI furnace, AQC2 furnace, SP1 furnace, SP2 furnace, CPC boiling furnace and turbo generator. CPC boiling furnace can burn various low-quality coals, which is suitable to be used in cogeneration stations. But during operation, coke-conglomerating trouble are always happened in CPC boiling furnace. Analysis from the furnace structure features, fuel property and operating method shows that the main reason to coke conglomerating consists in unqualified coal gangue granularity feeding in, in which the large particles account for greater rate. A vibration screen can be added after coal crusher for raising qualification rate of the feeding coal, and coke conglomerating can be avoided effectively by adjusting operation factors.
