学分制打破了传统的班级建制,使学生思想政治工作从传统的以班级为主的方式发生转变。适应新形势的需要,高校思想政治工作应从实效性出发,通过导师制、督导制、选课班级制、宿舍小组制以及以系为单位的大型活动的方式来进行,才能有效地加强思想政治教育工作。

The credit system breaks the traditional organizational system and smashes classes and grades in school thus brings a change in the style of students' ideological and political education.Such an education can be strengthened efficiently through such means as tutorial system,supervision and direction,elective classes,dormitory-base groups,and large-scale activities of each department.
