加替沙星与氧氟沙星治疗细菌感染的成本-效果分析

目的 比较加替沙星与氧氟沙星治疗细菌性感染的经济效果。 方法 选择 13 0例细菌性感染患者随机分为两组 ,A组口服加替沙星2 0 0 mg ,1天 2次 ;B组口服氧氟沙星 2 0 0 mg,1天 2次。疗程均为 7～ 14 d。采用药物经济学中的成本 -效果分析的方法进行比较。结果 加替沙星组与氧氟沙星组痊愈率分别为 83 .0 8%和 80 .0 0 % ,有效率为 93 .85 %与 90 .77% ,不良反应发生率为 6.15 %和 9.2 3 % ,两组各项指标比较无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。氧氟沙星治疗 3种感染类型的成本 -效果比均低于加替沙星。结论 氧氟沙星治疗细菌性感染的经济效果优于加替沙星。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the cost-effectiveness and safety of gatifloxacin and ofloxacin in treatment of bacterial infections.METHODS 130 cases with bacterial infections were recruited and randomized into two groups.Group A,gatifloxacin in a dose of 200mg,po,bid for7～14d.Group B,ofloxacin in a dose of 200mg,po,bid for 7～14d.The pharmaceutical economics strategy was employed to make the cost-effectiveness analysis.RESULTS The cost-effectiveness of ofloxacin was lower than that of gatifloxacin(83.08% VS80.00% of cure rate,93.85%VS90.77% of efficacy rate and 6.15% VS 9.23% of adverse reactions rate)in the treatment of three kinds of bacterial infections.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the measurement of cure rate,efficacy rate and adverse reactions rate(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Ofloxacin is better than gatifloxacin in the treatment of bacterial infections in regard to their cost-effectiveness.
