摘要
目的 为进一步开发福建省野生灵芝资源作为参考。方法 就福建省常见的几种栽培灵芝及野生灵芝的氨基酸含量作了分析比较。结果 氨基酸总量树舌 G.applanatum最高 ,南方树舌 G.austrsale最低。人体必需氨基酸的比例 ,栽培紫芝 G..sinense最高 ,野生紫芝 G..sinense最低 ;但野生灵芝的必需氨基酸组成比例相对栽培灵芝更新近人体的必需氨基酸组成比例。 结论 必需氨基酸组成比例差异可能是由于品种及生长条件的差异造成 ;在 (药用真菌 )生物多样性保护和合理利用方面 ,野生灵芝的人工驯化栽培有着广阔的前景。在野生转家种的驯化栽培过种中 ,品种改良及栽培技术方面尚有需要改进 ,并与有效成分的分析测定 (指纹图谱构建 )相结合 ,以求获得较高的栽培品质。
OBJECTIVE Give references for further exploiture the sources of Ganoderma in Fujian.METHODS Analysis and Comparison of amino acids in the fruitbodies of wild and log-cultivated ganoderma in Fujian.RESULTS The total amino acids in G.applanatum is the highest,while in G..austrsale is the lowest;the human essential amino acid in log-cultivated G.sinenese is the highest, while in wild G.sinense in the lowest;however,the composition of amino acids in wild G.sinense is more close to that of human than Log-cultivated G. sinense..CONCLUSION The differences in the composition of amino acids due to breed and grown conditions; the domestication of the wild G.sinense have a vast foreground, though some technology still need to develop and combin with the analysis of effective components.
