自体血清治疗干眼症临床观察

The efficacy of autologous sterum in treatment of dry eye

目的 寻找治疗干眼症的新方法。方法 对 9例干眼症患者采用自体血清点眼 ,观察治疗前后泪膜破裂时间、Schirm er试验、荧光素染色、泪河高度等各项临床指标变化。结果 各项临床观察指标均有不同程度好转。结论 自体血清点眼治疗干眼症 ,方法简便 ,效果确切。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of autologous sterum in treatment of dry eye.Methods Tear break-up time,Schimer test,fluorescent clearance test and the height of tear weniscus were compared before and after autologous serum treatment.Result Every test above were improved in different degree.Conclusion Autologous serum may be used in the treatment of dry eye.
