摘要
报道了NaDEHP-TBP-异辛烷反胶束从发酵滤液中萃取庆大霉素的研究结果。实验表明反胶束萃取率与水相pH、盐浓度密切相关。当NaCl与NaDEHP浓度分别为0.05mol/L、1mol/L,发酵滤液取原始pH7.02时,NaDEHP-TBP-异辛烷反胶束萃取发酵滤液的萃取率为87.3%。
The result of extracting gentamycin from fermentation filtrate with NaDEHP-TBP- isooctane reversemicelle system was reported . It showed that the extraction efficiency was dependent on pH and salt concentration in theaqueous phase. The efficiency reached 87.3% when NaCl was 0.05mol/L and NaDEHP was 1 mol/L, at the initial pH 7.02of fermentation filtrate .
