摘要
以外观质量和溶出特征为指标,以单因素试验和正交设计优化龙血竭超微粉滴丸的制备工艺,并选择二阶导数法作为工艺筛选中类龙血素B的含量测定方法。
The preparation of drop pills of Resina Draconis hyperfine powder was optimized using both singlefactor test and orthogonal design with appearance characters and dissolution as evaluation parameters. Loureirin B and itsanalogues were determined by second order derivative spectroscopy in the screening test.
