摘要
建立了HPLC法测定血浆中卡维地洛的含量。采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水-三氟乙酸-二乙胺(43∶57∶0.1∶0.1),荧光激发波长240nm、发射波长340nm。在0.25~160ng/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),检测限为0.25ng/ml。平均回收率大于96%,日内及日间RSD均小于8%。
A RP-HPLC method for determination of carvedilol in human plasma was established. A Shimadzu C18column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-trifluoroacetic acid-diethylamine(43∶57∶0.1∶0.1). Theexcitation wavelength and emission wavelength were 240nm and 340nm, respectively. The calibration curve was linear inthe concentration range of 0.25~160ng/ml (r=0.9996) with the limit of determination of 0.25ng/ml. The average recoverywas more than 96%. The RSDs of intra- and inter-day were less than 8%.
