农抗120与代森锰锌对辣椒炭疽病菌的增效作用 被引量:5

摘要 为了开发农抗120与代森锰锌混配杀菌剂新品种,在室内用菌丝生长速率法测定了农抗120与代森锰锌混配对辣椒炭疽病菌的联合毒力与增效作用.结果表明:农抗120与代森锰锌以1:1、8:1、16:1比例混配的增效系数(SR)为1.22~1.43,表现为相加作用;以2~4:1比例混配的SR值为1.52~1.64,表现为协同增效作用,其中以2:1比例混配的SR值最大,达1.64,为最佳增效作用混配比例.实验结果为混配杀菌剂的进一步应用研究提供了一定的科学依据. In order to development new fungicide premix of agricultural antibiotic 120 and macozeb, its synergisticeffect and combination toxicity potential against Colletotrichum capsici was tested by mycelium hypha growth in thelaboratory. The result demonstrate that the mixtures of agricultural antibiotic 120 with mancozeb at the ratio of 1:1, 8:1,and 16:1 had additive effect. The synergistic ration(SR) was 1.22~1.43. The mixture of the two components at the ratioof 2:1~4:1 had synergistic effect. The SR value was 1.52~1.64, and SR of the mixture of 2:1 was as high as 1.64. So therate of 2:1 is the best mixing proportion. This test provide some useful date for further research.
