组合管理思想应用到项目管理领域带来了项目管理思想发展的新阶段,它为项目公司管理多种类型项目或综合性大项目提供了一种有效的管理方法,本文就项目组合管理提出的背景、概念、特点、目标等问题进行了分析和阐述。
The application of Portfolio Management in Project Management promotes the Project Management to a higher level. Portfolio Management provides an effective way to manage multi-type projects or large-scale projects. The background, concept, characteristic, and motivation of Project Portfolio Management are described and analyzed in this paper.
