摘要
本文利用I-DEAS新型软件多种功能 ,在对少齿数斜齿轮三维参数化建模的基础上 ,进行了斜齿轮干涉、根切现象的啮合分析和齿面接触、齿根弯曲最大应力的有限元分析。
Utilizing many kinds of function of I-DEAS new-type software,at the foundation of modeling three-dimensional parameter to few teeth helical gear,meshing analysis to interfere,root cut phenomenon of helical gear and finite element analysis of most stress of contact to the profile of tooth and bend to root of tooth were carried on and a kind of detection and dynamic emulation system of the meshing state and bearing capacity of few teeth cylinder gear was structured.
