摘要
目的 观察西洋参叶总皂苷对高血糖引起的高脂血症是否具有调节作用。方法 借助四氧嘧啶致高血糖大鼠模型 ,观察西洋参叶总皂苷对四氧嘧啶性高血糖大鼠血脂水平的影响。结果 四氧嘧啶两次注射法制造高血糖大鼠模型后第 7天、第 14天 ,血清总胆固醇 (TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)水平均显著升高 ,西洋参叶总皂苷 5 4mg/ (kg·d)、2 7mg/ (kg·d)、13 .5mg/ (kg·d) 3个治疗剂量及达美康 4.0mg/ (kg·d)均能明显降低高血糖大鼠血清TC、TG水平 ,且能够提高高密度脂蛋白 (HDL -C)含量。结论 西洋参叶总皂苷对高血糖引起的高脂血症具有调节作用 ,可使血清TC和TG水平降低 ,HDL -C水平升高。
Objective To investigate whether PQS could improve the hyperglycemia-induced dyslipidemia. Methods We established the alloxan-induced hyperglycemia rat model to observe the effect of PQS on the level of blood lipid.Results The levels of serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride( TG) were all increased significantly 7 or 14 days after the model got accomplished. The results showed that all groups,i.e. PQS54 mg/(kg·d),27 mg/(kg·d),13.5 mg/(kg·d) and Dameikang tablet 4.0 mg/(kg·d) got the level of TC and triglyceride TG lowered, and the content of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)elevated.Conclusion PQS could improve the hyperglycemia-induced dyslipidemia by decreasing TC and TG and increasing HDL-C
