摘要
目的 探讨桃仁、红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤对大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法 采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素造成急性心肌缺血模型 ,观察桃仁、红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤对实验性心肌缺血大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素 (ET)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量的影响。结果 桃仁、红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤均可以明显提高血清NO、SOD的含量 ,显著降低ET、MDA含量 (P <0 .0 5~0 .0 1) ,各给药组之间无明显差异。结论 桃仁、红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠均具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of different proportions of compatible application of Taoren and Honghua of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.Methods Pituitrin was injected into dorsal veins of tongue to reproduce the model of acute myocardial ischemia. The contents of NO、ET、SOD and MDA in serum were observed.Results Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction of different compatible proportions of Taoren and Honghua could significantly enhance the contents of NO and SOD,while reduce the levels of ET and MDA(P<0.05~0.01). The differences among the groups were not significant.Conclusion All the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoctions of different compatible proportions of Taoren and Honghua have protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.
