摘要
制备了2种金属蜂窝催化剂,在实验室中进行了活性和耐热性能的测试,并选择某CG125摩托车进行了催化转化器匹配技术的研究,采用最优化的方案,进行了10000km耐久试验。结果表明,开发的排放技术能够使CG125摩托车达到GB 14622-2002第2阶段排放限值。
2 kinds of metal cellular catalysts are prepared and tested in laboratories in terms of activity and heat-resistance. The research of catalyst converter matching is carried out on one CG125 motorcycle with an optimal suggestion adopted, and 10 000 km durability test done. The test shows that the newly-developed emission technique can help the CG125 motorcycle with meeting the Phase Ⅱ emission limit of GB 14622-2002.
