摘要
叙述高钛型绿色胶凝材料的研制过程,就高钛水渣与磷矿渣比例、碱的类型及掺量、高钛水渣粉的机械活化与碱激发的复合作用和早强碱质组分CX等对试体强度的影响进行较为系统的研究,配制出的高钛型绿色胶凝材料强度等级(参照普通硅酸盐标准)不低于62.5R。
The procedure of developing high titanium green cementing material is described. The systemic studies have been made on proportion of high titanium water granulated slag and phosphor slag, kind of alkali and its content, influence of mechanical activation of high titanium water granulated slag powder, combined action of alkali excitation and high-early-strength alkali component CX on the strength of test piece. The strength grade of prepared high titanium green cementing material is not lower than 62.5R (refer to standard of normal silicate).
