辣椒体表茸毛与抗蚜虫关系的研究 被引量:10

摘要 对辣椒体表茸毛与抗蚜性的关系进行了研究,结果表明:辣椒植株上的茸毛与抗蚜性有关,大棚内桃蚜[Myzuspersicae(sulzer)]接种试验结果表明,茸毛不利于蚜虫侵染,蚜虫在有茸毛植株上的繁殖数最小;室内桃蚜接种试验表明,在多茸毛植株上,蚜虫主要分布在茸毛密度小的中下部位,在无茸毛植株上主要分布在中上部位,茸毛不利于蚜虫附着;多茸毛植株上蚜虫的繁殖率、增长倍数显著低于少茸毛植株和无茸毛植株;室内自然感染蚜虫试验表明,与有茸毛植株相比,蚜虫更喜欢侵染无茸毛植株。 This article researched the relationship between hairs on pepper and aphids-resistance, the result showed that the hairs on pepper was related to drought-resistance Hairs of pepper were not favorable for the aphid [Myzus persicae(sulzer)]settlement. It was found that aphids were mainly located on the mid and lower part of the more-hairy plants, while, the aphids were hosted on the upper part of the non-hairy plants. Experiment of aphid inoculation showed that non-hairy plants were more favorable for the aphid to grow and propagate. The reproduction rate and increasing rate of aphids on more-hairy plants was lower than that of others. The results of indoors natural colonization experiment showed that aphids preferred non-hairy plants to hairy plants for the position to colonize .
