The education of modern communities, a non-standard and regional one, aims at the construction and development of communities, the resolution of social problems, the improvement of members' self-quality and life-quality, the vitalization of culture, in a word, the socialization of their members. It is very important to make an approach to the relationship between the education of modern communities and the socialization of their members so as to improve their education, their members' adaptability to the society and their lifelong socialization.
